Meats and Catering. These recipes were created by one of the owners of Summit Fine
Meats, Nick Ritter. These wonderful experiments were given the stamp of approval by
the Ritter family and friends. Nick loves cooking, but he loves making others happy more
than anything else, and he has found that one of his favorite ways to do that is through
food. Nick creates all his recipes at home during his free time and he wants to share them
with you so that you can share them with your friends and family.
